The greening of the housing industry (W24 - Wednesday, 10:30 - noon)

The description of this seminar starts out saying, "The good news is"...I think we all want more good news, don't we? So what is the good news? According to the NAHB's Green Homeowner SmartMarket report (would that be the NAHBGHSR?), the market for green housing is poised to be a $20 billion-dollar industry in the near future. I like the sound of that.
